DMCA & Copyright Policy

iManza Books Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects authors who upload content to the App to do the same. Every author confirms, at the point of upload, that they own the rights to what they're publishing or have permission to publish it. Every book is also reviewed by our team before it goes live.
Reporting infringing content
If you believe a book or chapter on the App infringes your copyright, you can:
- Use the Report button on the book's page and select "Copyright infringement", or
- Email imanzabookshub@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".
What to include in a takedown request
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The URL or title of the book/chapter on iManza Books Hub;
- Your contact information (name and email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review valid takedown requests promptly and remove or disable access to the reported content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated. If you believe your content was removed in error, you can reply to our confirmation email to request a review.
