Terms of Service

1. Who we are

iManza Books Hub ("we", "us", "the App") is a reading and publishing platform that lets authors upload and share books and stories, and lets readers discover, read, and discuss them. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to lawfully use the App under the laws of your country. You can delete your account at any time from Settings — see Section 6 below for exactly what that does.

3. Content you upload

When you upload a book, chapter, review, or other content ("User Content"), you confirm that:

• You are the copyright owner of the content, or you have the legal right and permission to publish it on the App;
• Your content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• Your content complies with applicable law and does not contain material that is unlawful, harassing, or exploitative.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute it through the App so other users can read it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or a valid copyright claim — see our DMCA & Copyright Policy.

4. Content moderation

Every uploaded book is reviewed by our team before it appears publicly on the App (status: submitted → approved/rejected). We may also remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, receive a valid copyright complaint, or are reported by users and found to violate our guidelines. You can report any book or chapter directly from its page.

5. Mature content

Some books on the App contain romance or mature themes and are self-labeled by their authors with a "Mature" warning. Use your judgment before opening a book marked this way.

6. Deleting your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, bookmarks, reading progress, reviews, and club memberships, and disables sign-in. If you have published books, they remain live and attributed to "Deleted User" rather than being taken down — this protects other readers' bookmarks, reviews, and reading progress on those books. 7. Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans are billed as described at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of User Content — it's created by our community of authors, not by us.
